Refund Policy

When you can get your money back for Artist Pro or a credit pack, and how.

1.Who handles payments

Artist Pro and credit packs are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment and issues refunds, and Paddle's Refund Policy applies alongside this one. To ask for a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net, or email us at support@get-signed.com and we'll help.

2.Artist Pro

  • You can cancel at any time in your settings. Artist Pro continues to the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
  • If you live in the EU, EEA, Switzerland or the UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first Artist Pro payment and get your money back. Other countries' statutory cancellation rights are honoured as Paddle's Refund Policy describes.
  • Apart from that, a period you have already started is not refunded, in full or in part.

3.Credit packs

  • Credits from a pack are yours as soon as you pay. At checkout you agree to that, and you acknowledge that, as a result, you lose the 14-day right to cancel that applies in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK.
  • Credits never expire, whatever your plan. Purchased credits aren't refundable, though, and can't be exchanged for money.
  • Credit packs are only available to Artist Pro members. If a payment for one nevertheless arrives from an account that is not on Artist Pro at that moment — a subscription that lapsed between opening the checkout and paying, for instance — no credits are added and we refund it in full. You never pay for credits you don't get.

4.A refund takes its credits with it

When a payment is refunded, or reversed by your bank as a chargeback, the credits it gave you are taken back out of your balance in the same share as the money: all of them when all of it comes back, and part of them when part of it does — $2 back of $15 takes 8 of its 60 credits — even ones you have already spent. Money and credits go together: what you have been refunded, you no longer hold. If a chargeback is later settled in our favour, the credits it took come back.

If you had spent them, your balance can go below zero. Nothing else happens to your account, but you can't send tracks again until it is back above the cost of a submission, from your next monthly credits or from a pack.

5.Payment mistakes

If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same thing or after you had cancelled, email support@get-signed.com and we will have the charge put right. Paddle handles the refund itself, and your statutory rights are whatever the law where you live gives you.

6.Credits back are credits, not money

If a label doesn't open a track you sent it within 30 days, its 5 credits come back to your balance, as the Terms of Service describe. They return as credits; spent credits are never paid back in money.

7.Closing or suspending an account

When an account is deleted, or suspended for breaking our Terms of Service, unused credits and the rest of a paid period are not refunded, unless the law requires it.

8.Labels

Get Signed is free for labels, so there is nothing to refund.
